Free replacement is available only if you receive the wrong product, a defective item, or a product damaged during transit. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and a full unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Exchanges for size or quality concerns are available with applicable shipping charges. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
