Return Policy

At AstroTime Store, we put great care into packaging and delivering our spiritual products.

No Returns - Due to the spiritual, handcrafted, and personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

Replacement & Exchange Policy – Astrotime - We inspect and energize every product before dispatch. If something goes wrong, we’ll assist you as per the policy below.

Replacements - Replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
1. Wrong product received
2. Defective item
3. Product damaged during transit

Replacement Conditions
1. Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
2. A full unboxing video (mandatory) is required
3. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

Natural Product Variations - At Astrotime, we offer products such as Rudraksha, Mund Mala, Karungali wood, Tulsi beads, gemstones, and crystals made from natural and artisanal materials.
Please note:
1. Natural products may vary in color, shape, grain, texture, size, and finish
2. These variations are inherent to natural and handcrafted products and are not considered defects

Exchanges (Size / Quality)
1. Exchanges for size or quality concerns are allowed
2. A standard shipping charge will apply

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Thread stretch, wear, or damage due to use is not eligible for exchange

How to Request a Replacement or Exchange - Please share the following with our support team:
1. Order ID
2. Issue details
3. Clear photos/videos
4. Full unboxing video
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

    Partial Payment / COD Advance - If a partial payment (COD advance) has been made and the order has already been shipped,
    the advance amount is non-refundable

    Refund Policy - All items sold on Astrotime are non-refundable. Any refunds, if applicable, are processed solely at the discretion of AstroTime.

    Timeline of Refund/Exchange/Replacement
    Incase of refund, amount will be credited within 15 days. Incase of Exchange/Replacement, the new item will reach to your address within 15 days.
