Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free Shipping all across India for orders above 499/-
  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

    • Weather conditions
    • Festivals or holidays
    • Remote location delivery constraints

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • AstroTime Store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
  • For accepted deliveries, any damage or missing item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a complete unboxing video.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery responsibility lies with the courier service.
  • However, our support team will assist you in coordinating with the courier whenever possible.
