AstroTime Store – Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy

At AstroTime Store, all products are carefully inspected, energized, and packed before dispatch. Returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Free replacement is available only if you receive the wrong product, a defective item, or a product damaged during transit. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and a full unboxing video is mandatory. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Exchanges for size or quality concerns are available with applicable shipping charges. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Our products are made from natural materials such as Rudraksha, Tulsi, gemstones, crystals, and Karungali wood. Natural variations in color, size, shape, or texture are normal and are not considered defects.

COD advance payments are non-refundable after shipment. Refunds, if approved, are at AstroTime's sole discretion. Approved refunds, exchanges, or replacements are processed within 15 days.
